All transfers must complete a successful NICS (Firearms Checks (NICS) — FBI) background check. If a denial is given the customer is responsible to either return the manufacturer or Jibec Sales will offer a used purchase price for the firearm. Jibec Sales is not repsonsible for the condition or functionality of any firearm not purchased from Jibec Sales.
