TRANSFERS

Every Customer that purchases or transfers a firearm through Jibec Sales LLC will have a have a background check completed through. The National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). Even if you buy the gun online or win a gun in a raffle you must successfully pass a NICS background check to receive the firearm.

If you are unable to pass the NICS background check Jibec Sales LLC will provide three options.

OPTION 1

At the discretion of Jibec Sales LLC, Jibec Slaes may buy back the firearm for a price set by Jibec Sales LLC.

OPTION 2

If the gun was a prize, the designated winner would have the option of donating the firearm back to the organization that the prize was awarded from.

OPTION 3

If you your background check is denied by the NICS you have a right to appeal. Jibec Sales LLC will hold your firearm until you complete the appeal process.
