JIBEC Thrift Shop (Located across the hall from the laundromat (at the Kinross Mall) offers a variety of items including knickknacks, furniture, picture frames, miscellaneous kitchen items (including silverware, plates, coffee cups, small appliances and other items), purses, books, toys, hardware as well as some closeout items with new items arriving on a regular basis. FFl Transfers: Jibec sales offers FFL transfer services for customers who wish to purchase firearms online. Customers should call Jibec sales Jibec Sales LLC to obtain a copy of out FFL to send to online sellers. The State of Michigan Receipt must have proof that buyers have paid sales tax or collect the sales tax due when the customer picks up their firearm. There is a $40 fee plus the cost of new case (only of the gun does not come with a case ($13-$20 depending on the gun) for FFL transfers. Jibec Sales LLC. will not perform any warranty, or perform any contracts if firearm is not the quality or to specification of customer. The customer must conduct all communication regarding their online purchases with the seller. Jibec Sales LLC. is strictly the FFL transfer and makes no guarantees on any aspects of a purchase by another company. Jibec Sales LLC. will not stand behind any other companies' products in a FFL Transfer. Jibec Sales LLC. strives to give the best customer service to the customer of Jibec Sales LLC. Jibec Sales LLC. is merely doing the transfer and not selling the product in a FFl Transfer.
Any firearms sent to jibec Sales LLC. is to be picked up within 60 days. Any firearms not picked up in 60 days will be returned to the seller. The customer will be responsible for all shipping/ handling fees if applicable.

Firearm Statements
No transfers to Illinois, California, New York, Massachusetts, Delaware, New Jersey, and Washington State residents. Other restrictions may apply based on other state and local laws.

Firearms Entering the store
All firearms entering Jibec Sales LLC. must be unloaded and in a case if they are brought in for inspection, gunsmithing, or trade to Jibec Sales LLC.

Gun Storage
Jibec Sales LLC. offers gun storage $20 a month. $20 minimum charge and for long term (1 year or more) storage $20 fee and $10.00 month.

Rules to Gun Storage:
1. The person dropping off firearms must be the person picking firearms up.
2. Payments is due at pickup.
3. All firearms left at Jibec Sales LLC. are not insured by Jibec Sales LLC. The individual customers must purchase their own insurance if wanted.

Buying firearms
Each buyer shall receive a trigger lock and case for each firearm, one federal pamphlet, and one state of Michigan firearm statement.

Statement
Buyer states that the transferee has not bought any of the handgun from Jibec Sales LLC. in the last 7 days.

Purchase
Purchase may be paid by Cash, Check, Mastercard, VISA, Discover, Certified check, and Money order.

Store Policy
Jibec Sales LLC. will strive to make every purchase a pleasant experience for each customer, Jibec Sales LLC. operates on these key principles.

Give the customer the best possible customer service.
Give the customer the lowest price possible while yet having a successful company.

3. Jibec Sales LLC. store has numerous security features including recorded audio and visual cameras in the entire store. All shoplifters will be prosecuted. No exceptions. Appropriate Township, State, and federal authorities may be notified in any cases of theft.
4. All firearms left at Jibec Sales LLC. are kept in a secure area. The firearms storage is not fireproof but secured.
5. Jibec Sales LLC. does not offer gun storage to any state of Illinois resident. Any guns stored at Jibec Sales must be compliant with the customers state of residence.
6. All local, state, Federal rules and laws are to be followed and performed.
7. Jibec Sales will not transfer any firearms to any individual if a straw purchase is suspected. It is illegal to buy a firearm for someone else or with the intention of transferring it to someone else.
8. If any firearm transfer received at Jibec Sales llc. with no correspondence or other arrangements made for 1 year the firearm will become property of Jibec Sales llc.
9. IF ANY FIREARM TRANSFER IS RECEIVED BY JIBEC SALES LLC AND THE PROSPECTIVE BUYER FAILS THE BACKGROUND CHECK THE GUN WILL BE SENT TO THE SHIPPER WITH ALL SHIPPING, TRANSFER AND RESTOCKING FEES TO BE THE CHARGED TO THE PROHIBITED BUYER. If the prohibited buyer fails to pay the fees in 1 year time the firearm becomes owned by Jibec Sales llc. Jibec Sales LLC. will not transfer the firearm or firearms to another familiar person to the prohibited buyer in order to stop STRAW PURCHASES.
10. If a firearm transfer is received and not picked up in the first 6 months $10.00 a month storage fee will be assessed. Our military people are exempt from this as long as the military status is communicated to Jibec Sales llc.
11. If anyone uses or attempts to use deception, lies, criminal acts or any attempted lies, criminal acts or deception to complete a straw purchase that person is barred from all Jibec Sales LLC. property.
