Most 1 story houses are $100 to $150.
Cost is more if you have large amounts of sidewalks, blacktop driveway etc.

Most 2 story houses without a large amount of dormers is usually $150 to $200.  

Examples of charges are below:

A normal ranch house 1 story 30x60 with gable ends is about 2350 square feet of wall area and figure steps or small walk way is another 50 square feet so that is 2400 on a normal ranch house and the cost is $100. If there is an attached 1 car garage usually $125 to $150.
